A digital X-ray is a non-invasive medical imaging technique that helps in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions. In digital X-ray systems, sensors are used instead of photographic films. This system exposes specific parts of the body to controlled ionizing radiation that creates images of the internal body part. The image is sent to a digitized storage archive, which can create effects such as inverting the grayscale zooming, and changing the angle of the image. This system is majorly used to examine fluid build-up in the lungs, broken bones, dental disorders, abnormal growths, and also detect cancer.
