About ice flakers
Flake ice can be either scale or granular ice. Most flake machines use a stationary evaporator. Flake ice is constantly scraped from the evaporator walls of the ice making machine by a slowly rotating auger. Ice flakers are highly moldable, have a large surface area, and no hard edges. They are used for a variety of cooling purposes across healthcare, industrial, and commercial applications.
