Summary
Ask Real Estate Ltd (AREL), Carillion Plc (CLLN) and Tristan Capital Partners (TCP) are undertaking the construction of an office complex in Manchester, England, the UK.

The project involves the construction of an office complex comprising two buildings namely "101 Embankment" and "Embankment 100", which is being developed two phases.

The first phase includes the construction of a 10-story, 15,329m2 office building known as 101 Embankment, including a three-story, 442-space parking facility operated by Q-Park and ground-level retail units.

The second phase includes the construction of an eight-story, 15,236m2 office building known as 100 Embankment.

Flanagan Lawrence has been appointed as the architect; Ramboll as a structural engineer and design consultant; and Elland Steel Structures as steel construction contractor. An in-house division of and Carillion Plc will undertake the construction works.

In October 2015, topping out held for the construction of Q-Park.

In March 2016, topping out held for the construction of 101 Embankment building.

In May 2016, AREL, CLLN, and TCP submitted project plans for the second phase and obtained detailed planning consent in July 2016.

Construction works on the first phase was completed in November 2016.

Design activities are underway on the second phase and construction is expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2017.
