Summary
Azzura International Constructions (Azzura) is planning to construct a mixed-use complex in Gold Coast, Australia.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex and residential complex (three tower complex) on 1.3ha of land. It includes the construction of a 108-story high-rise tower, an 85-story, and a 75-story tower, which are planned to be developed in stages.

It includes the construction of 2,600 residential units, retail units, an outdoor recreation area, an indoor lounge area and 2,567 parking spaces, and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.

First stage includes construction of 210-room hotel and 420-room student accommodation complex.

Third stage includes construction of 108-storey, six-level podium of 50,000m2, libraries, eateries and shopping centre.

Each tower will have a six-level basement and a four-level podium, with the ground floors comprising more than 20,000m2 of commercial space and education facilities.

Urbis Pty Ltd has been appointed as the associate developer; Kris Kowalski Architects as an architect and Burchills as a structural engineer.

In June 2014, Azzura submitted a preliminary application to Gold Coast City Council and received the preliminary approval in November 2014.

In December 2016, Azzura received approval for first stage of the project.

In May 2017, Azzura unveiled plans for the third stage.
