The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex comprising 410 residential units with 104 for-sale units and 306 rental units on 3.3ha of land. It includes the construction of seven historic homes, 39 town homes, 24 buildings with 54 affordable units for low-income seniors, 64 carriage homes, 36 duplettes, 260 flats, a community center, a commercial space, retail units, parking and other related facilities, and the renovation of four mansions.

Bedrock Real Estate Services has been appointed as the associate developer and Hamilton Anderson Associates, Christian Hurttienne Architects, Lorcan O'Herlihy Architects, Merge Architects and Studio Dwell as architects for the project.

Hunter Pasteur Homes are developing 104 units and remaining 306 units by Bedrock.

In May 2015, BPDP signed a development agreement with the Detroit City Council.

The project secured approvals in February 2016.

Sachse Construction LLC has been appointed as the construction contractor.

In November 2016, a groundbreaking was held marking the commencement of construction.

Construction is underway with scheduled completion by May 2018.
