Badan Pengatur Jalan Tol (BPJT) is planning to build a Toll Road in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The project involves the construction of a 10.14km toll road connecting Cinere and Serpong. It will include the construction of toll gate and pedestrian ways, and the installation of traffic signals.

The project will be developed on build, own, operate, and transfer (BOOT) basis under a concession agreement of 35 years.

In July 2008, BOOT contract was awarded to a consortium called PT Cinere Serpong Jaya comprising PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia and PT Waskita Karya.

In June 2011, a toll road concession amendment contract signed between PT Thiess Contractors and BPJT.

In July 2015, PT Wasit Karya and PT Jasa Marga acquired the share of PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia by paying an amount US$13 million.

Komite Percepatan Penyediaan Infrastruktur Prioritas appointed as lead consultant.

In January 2016, Indonesia government has issued instructions about acceleration of the project which comes under National Strategic Projects.

In the first quarter of 2016, 0.8% of land clearing was completed.

In September 2016, land acquisition process is underway and expected to be completed by 2017. The project is slated to be complete in 2018.

In November 2016, 21.6% of land acquisition process is completed.
