The project involves the construction of a 32,000m2 shopping center. It includes the construction of 70 shops, restaurants, cafes, 1,500 parking spaces and related facilities.

In September 2014, Citycon signed a 50:50 joint venture agreement with NCC for the project.

On August 27, 2015, NCC awarded a US$13 million supply contract to Kynningsrud Prefab AB for a supply of body composed concrete and steel to the project.

On August 27, 2015, construction works commenced and are underway with completion scheduled by the third quarter of 2018.
