Calvert Tract, LLC (CTL) is undertaking the mixed-use facility in Maryland, the US. The project involves the construction of a mixed-use facility on a 15ha of land. The project is being developed in phases. The first phase includes the construction of 5,574m2 whole foods grocery store, a 13,935.5m2 retail and restaurants, and 2,044m2 office facility. In January 2013, in-principle planning approval was rejected by the Prince George’s County Planning Board.

In May 2013, CTL submitted revised planning application to the Prince George’s County Planning Board.

L.F. Jennings Inc. has been appointed as the general contractor for the project. Stanley Martin Companies appointed the contractor to build townhomes.

In October 2013, the city council approved the project.

In February 2014, construction work commenced.

In April 2017, construction works on the whole foods grocery store completed.

Construction activities are underway.
