Summary
Far East Consortium International Ltd (FEC) is planning to build a residential complex in Manchester, the UK.

The project involves the construction of a residential complex comprising four buildings on 8ha of land. It includes the construction of a 9,591m2 40-story tower comprising 333 apartments, the ground floor will link the park with the new podium; two buildings on Aspin street, with 22 and 17 stories comprising 286 apartments, a gym, and 24-hour concierge as well as ground-floor commercial space; next two buildings on Old Mount Street rising to nine and 12 storeys respectively, five three-bedroom townhouses and 131 one two and three-bedroom apartments. The project includes the construction of total 756 homes across four buildings, a garden at seven-story intervals plus ground-floor retail and leisure units, pedestrian linking to Angel Meadow Park.

5plus has been appointed as architect and Planit-IE LLP as the landscape architect.

WSP has been appointed as the engineering consultant for the project.

Cushman & Wakefield and JLL has been appointed as the marketing consultant for the project.

In August 2016, FEC was appointed as site developer.

In May 2017, FEC submitted a planning application to Manchester City Council (MCC).

On August 24, 2017, FEC secured planning approvals from the Manchester City Council.
