Summary
Fujian Zhonghai Offshore Wind Power Co., Ltd. (FZOWPC) is constructing a new wind farm with the capacity of 250MW in Daitou Town, Fujian, China.

The project includes the construction of a powerhouse, access roads, a substation and terminals, the installation of generators, transformers, safety equipment and 50 wind turbines with the capacity of 5MW each, and the laying of transmission lines.

April 5, 2016, Fujian Electric Power Survey and Design Institute was appointed as a design consultant.

A tender was issued for terminal construction with the last submission date of October 19, 2016. Tender activities are underway.

In November 2016, the New Development Bank (NDB) approved a sovereign project loan of US$295 million (RMB 2 billion).

CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. has been appointed as the main contractor.
