Hektar Aneka Sdn Bhd (HASB) is undertaking the construction of a residential complex in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The project involves the construction of a residential complex comprising five towers with 2,400 units. It includes the construction of a 38-story Block A with 566 units, construction of a 36-story Block B with 284 units, construction of a 37-story Block C with 403 units, construction of a 39-story Block D with 581 units, construction of a 38-story Block E with 566 units, a lobby, amenities, a community center, parking and related facilities, and the installation of elevators.
On May 11, 2016, HASB submitted a planning application to Kuala Lumpur City Hall.
On October 9, 2017, HASB awarded a US$110 million construction contract to Vizione Holdings Berhad.
In November 2017, preliminary works commenced for the site.
In January 2018, Malaysia Building Society Bhd (MBSB) provided US$40 million funds for the project.
As of March 2018, construction activities are underway and are scheduled to be complete on December 31, 2021.
