Halifax Health (HH) is undertaking the construction of a hospital in Deltona, Florida, the US. The project involves the construction of a hospital comprising 270 beds on 12.5ha of land. It will be developed in phases. First phase comprises Free Standing 20 bed Emergency Department, second phase surgical and diagnostics platform and third phase inpatient 250 Bed Units. The project includes the construction of treatment rooms, operating theaters, a waiting hall, intensive care units, emergency departments, office rooms, a cafeteria, parking and related facilities. On November 24, 2015, HH Holdings LLC, a subsidiary of HH acquired the project site from Trafalgar Holdings LLC for US$4.5 million. HH presented the project plans on December 14, 2015 Deltona Commission meeting. Flad Architects has been appointed as architect, Zev Cohen & Associates as the civil engineer and Landmark Healthcare Facilities as the developer. Landmark Healthcare Facilities in-house division will undertake the construction works. HH expects the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration to review its certificate of need in June 2016. On June 3, 2016, State regulators gave Halifax Health the permission to build the hospital.

On July 22, 2016, HH broke ground on the first Phase.

In April 2017, construction works on the first phase completed.

In December 2018 , construction works commenced on second and third phase. The entire project is slated to complete in 2020.
