The project involves the construction of a 324-bed hospital in a six-story building with basement on an 82,000m2 land, three towers, 154 consultation rooms, a medical shop, 1200 parking spaces, a restaurant and related infrastructure.

The municipal government of Quito, Quito Metropolitan Council approved the plan to construct this project.

On February 12, 2014, the construction work is started but it was closed for two years however in September 2016 construction work started again and it is scheduled to complete by December 6, 2017.
