Summary
Imetame Logistica (Imetame) is planning to undertake the construction of an industrial port terminal on a 354,000m2 at Barra do Riacho, Aracruz, Espirito Santo, Brazil.

The project involves the construction of an industrial terminal, dock specific to FPSO, mooring piers and a storage area. The project will be developed in phases.

In November 2011, the public consultation was conducted.

In December 2012, Conselho Estadual de Meio Ambiente (Consema) approved the Preliminary License (LP) for the installation of the port terminal of Imetame Logística in Barra do Riacho, in the municipality of Aracruz.

In May 2014, Imetame Logística received the release of the Installation License from IEMA (Instituto Estadual de Meio Ambiente).

In November 2015, Imetame signed an agreement with the federal government to carry out the construction works.

The project is being financially supported by Banco de Desenvolvimento do Estado (Bandes) through Fundepar-ES.

An in-house division of Imetame will be responsible for the construction and installation works of the industrial port terminal.

In July 2017, Earthmoving works commenced.
