Summary
Immofinanz AG (Immofinanz) is constructing the Trivago-Headquarters complex with a gross floor area of 50,000m2 in Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.

The project involves the construction of six-story office buildings with a gross floor area of 30,000m2, an underground parking facility for 506 vehicles and 160 bicycles in the first phase, and a 16-story office building and other office facilities with a gross floor area of 20,000m2 in the second phase.

The first phase will be built with an investment of US$162.52; the second phase will be built with an investment of US$61.64 million.

WITTE Projektmanagement GmbH has been appointed as project manager.

In March 2016, Ed. Züblin AG was appointed as EPC contractor for the first phase, and the contract is valued at US$90.29 million.

Züblin Spezialtiefbau GmbH has been appointed as an excavation contractor and contract valued at US$6.68 million.

In April 2016, the construction work for the first phase commenced and will complete in the second quarter of 2018.

Construction for the second phase is expected to commence in the third quarter of 2018 and will complete by 2020.

The construction work is underway for the first phase and is scheduled for completion by 2018.
