Lamb Development Corporation (LDC) and Fortress Real Developments (FRDI) are undertaking the construction of a residential complex in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
The project involves the construction of a residential complex comprising 485 units on a 5,667m2 of land and will be implemented in two phases.
The first phase involves the construction of a 13,006m2, 31-story residential tower comprising 185 units, a retail space on the ground floor. The second phase involves the construction of a 19,974m2, 31-story residential tower comprising 300 units, a retail space on the ground floor.
The project also features a fitness center, swimming pools, community hall, administrative building, parking area and other related facilities.
Ipsos Reid has been appointed as study consultant, Architects Alliance and The Design Agency as architects, Scott Construction as general contractor and Brad J Lamb Reality, Inc. as the marketing consultant.
In the fourth quarter of 2017, construction commenced.
Construction works are underway and scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019.
