Metropia Inc. (Metropia), RioCan Living (RCL) and Capital Developments (CD) is planning to build condominium tower in Ontario, Canada.
The project involves the construction of 44-story condominium tower comprising 450 units. It includes the construction of outdoor terrace with BBQ area, an outdoor park, a games room, an outdoor theatre dog spa, parking facilities, a fitness center, swimming pools, community hall, and the installation of elevators and safety and security system.
TACT Architecture Inc. has been appointed as an architect.
As of March 2018, designing activities are underway.
Construction is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2022.
