Maxilead Metals Ltd (MML) is planning to build a mixed-use complex in Tyldesley, Greater Manchester, the UK.

Sunderland Peacock & Associates Ltd has been appointed as architect and JWPC Ltd as a planning consultant.
In March 2017, MML submitted planning application to Wigan Council.
