LLC, Sarooj Construction Company LLC, Galfar Engineering and Contracting SAOG, Sezai Turkes - Feyzi Akkaya Oman Limited LLC, Consolidated Contractors Company, Hani Archirodon LLC, Etep East International, Simplex Infrastructures LLC, Shanfari & Partners Co. LLC, International Contractors Co LLC, Khimji Ramdas Contracting LLC and Al Shanfri Trading Co. LLC.

The following companies were shortlisted to submit the bids:

1) Sarooj Construction Company LLC with a bid value of US$22 million
2) Shanfari & Partners Co. with a bid value of US$32.6 million
3) Al Shanfri Trading Co. Llc with a bid value of US$17.6 million

In May 2015, the Oman's Tender Board awarded construction contract to Al Shanfri Trading Co. LLC, a part of Shanfari Group of Companies, for the project development.
