Summary
The Ministry of Finance of Saudi Arabia (MoF) is undertaking the construction of a hotel complex in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

The project involves the construction of five hotels of 20-story each comprising a total of 3,070 rooms on 35ha of land. It includes construction of an administration space, lounge, swimming pool, recreation facilities, bar & restaurant, parking spaces, installation of electrical systems, safety and security facilities.

Saudi Company for Real Estate Development & Investment (Dar Alhijrah) has been appointed as Associate Developer, POSCO A&C as architect for the project.

In October 2016, PECSA, a joint venture between South Korea's Posco Engineering & Construction Company and Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF), secured US$900 million construction contract.

C.S Structural engineering has been appointed to undertake the project review and structural designs.

Construction work is underway and scheduled for completion in 2019.
