Summary
Markazu Ssaqafathi Ssunniyya (MSS) is undertaking the construction of a knowledge and recreational center in Kerala, India.

The project involves the construction of a knowledge and recreational center on 116,128m2 area and is being developed in three phases.

It includes the construction of cyboland apartment, hotel and convention center, mall cyboland, multispecialty hospital, school of business, an international school, school of graduates, institute of technology, universities, libraries, research centers, heritage villages, a conference hall and a Share Mubarak Masjid.

First phase of the project occupies 50.58ha township including the Sharia City which contains an academic, healthcare and commercial city, and a residential enclave.

Indigo Architects has been appointed as a design contractor; Baseline Projects Ltd (Baseline) as a construction contractor; Las Designs (Las); and Calicut Landmark Builders and Developers as the developer.

In June 2013, the foundation stone was laid at the project site.

Construction activities on the first phase are underway. The entire project is anticipated for completion by 2018.
