Summary
MW Gateway Development LLC (MWGD) is constructing a mixed-use community in Manatee County, Florida, the US.

The project involves the construction of mixed-use facilities on 117ha of land. It includes the construction of 542 residential units, 83,613m2 of retail space, 55,742m2 of office space, 1,750 seats movie theater on 12,141m2 area, 350 rooms hotel on 20,420m2 area and parking and related facilities.

Out of 542 residential units, 320 will be single family attached units and 222 will be multifamily units.

In June 2010, MWGD submitted application for development of regional impact (DRI).

On July 29, 2014, MWGD applied for permission to held public hearings in the fourth quarter of 2014. Subject to which, Hearings could have been set between November 13 to December 4, 2014.

On December 23, 2014, the project received approval of an Ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Manatee County.

Leisure Investment Properties Group has been appointed as marketing consultant and ZNS Engineering, L.C. as the planner for the project.

In August 2017, project received planning approvals.

Pre-design activities are underway. Construction works are expected to be completed by 2025.
