Summary
Perspektif Masa Sdn Bhd (Perspektif), a subsidiary of Acmar Group and Permodalan Negeri Selangor Bhd (PNSB) are undertaking the construction of a mixed-use community in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community on 25ha of land, and being executed in two phases.

The first phase Festa, includes the construction of five 38-story blocks of condominiums comprising 1,099 units on 3.65ha of land.

The second phase Heros, includes the construction of six condominium towers comprising 1,248 units. It includes the construction of an office space and a retail mall.

It includes the construction of 280,000m2 of recreational space, a fitness center, a spa, access roads, a school, shopping mall, jogging tracks, an education center and pre-school, parking and related facilities.

In March 2009, the project received a loan sanction letter of US$165 million from the Sabah Development Bank Bhd (SDB).

In February 2015, Bismark Construction & Engineering Services Sdn Bhd and China Railway Engineering Corp (M) Sdn Bhd (CREC) were appointed as contractors.

Construction works are underway and scheduled to be completed by June 2018.
