Summary
PG Partners (PG) is undertaking the construction of a mixed-use community in Grandview, Missouri, the US.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community on 93ha of land to be executed in four phases.

The project includes the construction of 14 soccer fields, 450 rooms hotel, one golf course, 36,883m2 of commercial and retail space, residential development with 250 units multi-family housing, and 130 single family homes, 12,077m2 field house containing 12 basketball and futsal courts, 24 volleyball courts, 2,322m2 of space for other sports-related facilities, 15,607m2 of parking facilities.

The first phase includes the construction of 14 soccer fields over an area of 10033m2 and residential space.

The second phase includes the construction of 190 hotel rooms over an area of 7710m2.

The third phase includes the construction of 200 hotel rooms, 7990m2 of commercial and medical space.

The fourth phase includes the construction of a hotel and retail space.

Reece Commercial Real Estate has been appointed as a marketing consultant, J.A. Lillig Excavating Inc as excavating subcontractor and Shaw Sports Turf as installation subcontractor. Heartland Soccer Association is the associated developer for the first phase

In July 2016, the city agreed to provide US$43 million of the project through tax increment financing.

On August 9, 2016, construction works on the first phase commenced.

On October 29, 2016, Qualite Sports Lighting, LLC was selected as the exclusive sports lighting partner for the project.

Construction works on the first phase of the project are underway with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2017 and the entire project by 2022.
