A private developer is planning to build a hotel in Nashville, Tennessee, the US.
The project involves the construction of an eight- or nine-story building comprising two hotels on 0.4ha of land. It includes the construction of a 100-room Tru by Hilton, a 100-room Hampton Inn & Suites, meeting rooms, conference facilities, restaurants, parking and related facilities.
A private developer entered into a management contract with Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. (HLT). HLT will operate the hotels under its Tru by Hilton and Hampton Inn & Suites brands.
On November 10, 2016, a private developer acquired the project site for US$6.9 million.
