Summary
Peak Square Pte Ltd (PSPL) is undertaken the construction of an executive condominium complex in Singapore.
The project involves the construction of a 143,000m2 residential complex comprising 12 buildings with 747 residential units on a site area of 24,065m2. It includes the construction of three buildings of 13- to 16-story, nine 17-story buildings, 544 three-bedroom units, 193 four-bedroom units, 10 five-bedroom units and two-level 747 car parking facility.
The project also includes the construction of a 32-seat function room, a waterfront gym, meditation terrace, origami pool and clubhouse, a sports bar, a beach cabana, a dining pavilion, kids area, swimming pools, a tennis court, a games room, a 50m beach pool, an outdoor deck, BBQ facilities, boardwalk and meditation terrace, clubs, access roads and related infrastructure, and the installation of elevators, and safety and security devices.
Kheng Leong has been appointed as associated developer, DP Architects Pte Ltd as an architect, Salad Dressing as a landscape architect and Index Design Pte Ltd as an interior designer.
On August 2, 2013, Housing and Development Board (HDB) sold the land parcel to PSPL, on 99-years leasehold.
On May 4, 2014, China Construction (SP) Development Co. Pte Ltd was awarded US$188 million construction contract.
On May 16, 2014, construction work commenced.
Construction works are underway on the project with scheduled completion in March 2018.
