Summary
PT Bali Ragawisata (PTBR) is undertaking the construction of Bali Resort Development project on Bali’s southern Bukit peninsula, Indonesia.

The project involves the construction of a resort complex. It includes the construction of 121 villas, among which 97 villas will have a private pool each, 24 guestrooms, signature cliff-top restaurant, a three-meal restaurant, beach grill and bar, multi-purpose function rooms, such as a cliff-top ceremony platform.

The project includes the construction of a 1,725m2 area spa with eight treatment rooms, a 100m outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a beach club and a kids’ club, an in-house library, shopping areas, parking facility, installation of elevators, safety and security systems.

In January 2014, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group (MOHG) was appointed as management contractor to operate the proposed resort and Denniston International Architectures & Planners Ltd. as the architect.
