Puravankara Projects Ltd (Puravankara) is undertaking the construction of a mixed-use complex in Tamil Nadu, India.

The project involves the construction of 2,520 apartments on a 22.25ha of land with two, three and four bedrooms and is being developed in three phases.

The first phase of the project includes the construction of 756 apartments in seven floors on 7.28ha of land.

The second and third phase of the project includes the construction of 1,764 apartments.

In the fourth quarter of 2013, construction works on the second phase commenced.

In the third quarter of 2014, construction works on the first phase completed.

Construction work on the second and third phases are underway and scheduled to be completed by 2017.
