Related Beal LLC (RBL) is undertaking the construction of a mixed-use complex in Boston, Massachusetts.

The project involves the construction of a 33,120m2 mixed-use community. It includes the construction of 14-story residential complex comprising 92 condominium units and 232 apartments, 789m2 retail space, commercial space, a fitness center, a club center, 180 parking spaces and related facilities.

Utile, Inc, Ground, Inc, Robert A.M. Stern Architects LLP has been appointed as architects and Epsilon Associates Inc, HOWARD/STEIN-HUDSON ASSOCIATES, INC, BRYANT ASSOCIATES INC as engineers.

In October 2015, RBL paid US$8 million for the Ho Kong Bean Sprout Company’s building.

In November 2015, RBL purchased Quinzani’s site for less than US$20 million.

In December 2015, RBL submitted a planning application to the Boston City Council.

On April 28, 2016, A public meeting was held to discuss the project proposal.

In March 2017, RBL secured planning approvals.

On November 16, 2017, RBL received approval from Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA).

On November 20, 2017, RBL received urban design approval from the BPDA.

JDC Demolition Company has been appointed as demolition contractor for the project.

In February 2018, construction works commenced.

On March 6, 2018, RBL received the project building permit from BPDA.

Construction is underway and expected to be completed in 2020.
