The project involves the construction of a 53-story tower comprising 276 residential units. Arquitectonneica has been appointed as architect, Enzo Enea as the landscape architect, and Piero Lissoni Associati as the interior designer.

Related's in-house division is undertaking the construction work. In May 2014, the project received planning approval from the Urban Development Review Board.

On December 4, 2014, the Construction works on the project were commenced.

In January 2015, SunTrust Bank and Sabadell United Bank funded the US$92.62 million to Related Group for Construction of the project.

In June 2017, topping out ceremony was held.

Construction activities are underway and are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2018.
