Rabina Properties, LLC (RP) is undertaking the construction of a distribution center in North Haven, Connecticut, the US.
The project involves the construction of a 79,432m2 distribution center on 67.9ha of land. It includes the construction of warehouses, an office building, loading and unloading facilities, parking spaces, installation of electrical systems, and safety and security systems.
Hillwood Investment Properties has been appointed as an associate developer for the project.
In February 2018, groundbreaking ceremony was held marking the start of construction.
Construction work is underway and the project is slated for completion by May 2019.
