Summary

KPFF Consulting Engineers was appointed as consulting engineer and COWI North America, Inc. as a design consultant.

In the second quarter of 2016, the preliminary design and engineering works were commenced.

In September 30, 2016, 30% of design works were completed on the project.

On March 30, 2017, public consultation for the design was held.

As of December 2017, SDOT has revised the design plans.

Construction works are expected to commence in the second quarter of 2018 and schedule to complete in 2020.
