Summary
UIC Investments (Properties) Pte ltd (UICIP) is undertaking the construction of a mixed-use tower in Singapore.

The project involves the construction of a 23-story, 123m tall office tower and a 53-story, 272m tall residential tower with 510 units 0.67ha of land.

The development will feature sky gardens, sky lobbies, retail space, restaurants, food courts, parking facility and infrastructural facilities.

UICIP appointed UN Studio and Architects 61 Pte Ltd for architectural work, DE Consultants (S) Pte Ltd as the structural engineer, COEN Design International Pte Ltd as landscape designer, J Roger Preston (S) Pte Ltd as the M&E consultant and KPK Quantity Surveyors as the quantity surveyor.

Samsung C&T Corporation has been appointed as EPC contractor.

In the third quarter of 2012, the construction activities were initiated.
