Summary
Amona-Murni Lapisan JV (Amona-MLSB), a joint venture between IJM Land Bhd (IJML) through its subsidiary Murni Lapisan Sdn Bhd (MLSB) and Amona Development Sdn Bhd (ADSB) is undertaking the construction of a mixed-use development in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The project involves the construction of a seven residential and six commercial parcels on 23.5ha of land.

The parcel one includes the construction of a 38-story residential tower with 211 condominiums on 1.3ha of land. It is named as 'Inwood Residences'.

The parcel two includes the construction of a 41-story residential tower with 243 condominiums on 1.4ha of land. It is named as 'Secoya Residences'.

The parcel three includes 235 condominiums adjacent to the second parcel, the parcel four includes 421 condominiums, the parcel five comprises 389 condominiums and the parcel six encompasses 210 condominiums.

It includes the construction of vertical sky gardens, infinity edge swimming pool, sunken sundeck, Jacuzzi, wading pool, sitting terrace, multipurpose court, pool deck, gym, games room, changing rooms, reading room, reading lounge, multipurpose/function rooms, and BBQ area.

It also includes 2.8km interchange that will connect the development to the New Pantai Expressway (NPE).

On June 21, 2012, ADSB entered into a privatization agreement with the landowner Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur to build residential and commercial units on the site.

In September 2012, MLSB signed a joint venture agreement with ADSB for the development.

In June 2014, construction works on Inwood Residences commenced.

In March 2015, construction of Secoya Residences commenced.

In September 2015, developers launch sales of Secoya Residences.

In October 2016, Construction of 2.8km interchange commenced and scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2018.

Construction work is underway for the Inwood Residences and Secoya Residences. Inwood Residences are expected to be completed by 2018 and Secoya Residences by 2019.

Planning activities on remaining parcels are underway. The entire project will take 10 to 15 years to get completed.
