It includes the construction of a 1500-seat theater, 300-room hotel, a shopping mall on a 326,000 area, a performance hall, a pop music-themed amusement park, a restaurant, an administrative space, parking space and related facilities and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.
On May 20, 2016, groundbreaking ceremony was held and construction commenced.
Construction works are underway and expected to be completed in 2020.
