Summary
Ciputra Development Tbk PT (CTRA), a subsidiary of Ciputra Group, and PT Pembina Sukses Utama (PSU) are undertaking the construction of an office complex in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The project involves the construction of two 28-story, 43,000m2 office buildings on 1.7ha of land.
It includes the construction of a three-story 13,000m2 retail podium, meeting rooms, conference rooms, restaurants, parking and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.
On November 28, 2014, an official groundbreaking ceremony was held.
Sigmatech Tatakarsa has been appointed as a mechanical and electrical engineer, Dyxy as Lead Architect, PT Anggara as Local Architect, PT Wiratman as Structural Engineer, PT Langdon Seah as Quantity Surveyor and PT. Multibangun Adhitama Construction and PT. Nusa Construction as the construction contractor.
In September 2015, design and foundation works are underway.
In January 2016, foundation works completed.
On March 8, 2018, topping off ceremony held for the north tower which comprises 407 units of strata title office space.
Construction works on north tower are underway and expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2018.
