In November 2015, GCC members approved the selection RKM Development (RKM) as developer for the project. RKM will work with YBA Architects and Robert H. Foster Consultants on the project.
Ground breaking ceremony was scheduled in third quarter of 2017.
Design activities are underway and construction works are anticipated to complete in third quarter of 2018.
