In April 2016, Land O’ Lakes received US$650,000 tax abatement from Arden Hills Council and US$1.5 million from Ramsey County for the project.

On November 17, 2016, groundbreaking ceremony was held marking the start of construction works.

Construction on the project is underway and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2018.
