Milhaus Ventures, LLC (Milhaus) and UC-B Properties (UC-B) are undertaking the construction of a mixed-use complex in Missouri, the US.

The project involves the construction of a mixed-use complex comprising 428 residential units on 3.2ha of land and it will be developed in phases. It includes the construction of a five-story building with 361 rental units, 14 townhouses and 53 condominiums, commercial space, 464m2 restaurant space, 312m2 retail space, a six-story, 400-car garage and related facilities.

The first phase includes construction of a 361-unit apartment called 'Gallerie' and the second phase include construction of 53 condominiums and 14 town homes.

HOK Group, Inc. and DRAW Architecture appointed as architects and in-house division of Milhaus is undertaking the construction works.

On November 19, 2015, Milhaus signed a letter of intent to acquire 2ha of a land of land from Hallmark Cards, Inc. and also planning to acquire 1.4ha of land south of the 2ha site for the project development.

On April 28, 2016, the City Council approved the 27th and McGee Planned Industrial Expansion Authority (PIEA) plan. The approval of this plan found blight in the area and allowed for tax abatement on the improvements.

In October 2016, City Council recommended to re-work on the parking garage facade design as per the guidelines.

On April 10, 2017, groundbreaking ceremony was held on the 361-unit apartment project called 'Gallerie'.

Construction activities are underway on the apartment section and construction works on the 53 condominiums and 14 town homes are expected to be commenced by the second quarter of 2018.
