The project involves the construction of a 22,296m2 headquarters building on 4.8ha of land.

It includes the construction of two buildings comprising one five stories and the other four story, meeting rooms, conference facilities, a cafeteria, 1,350-space parking garage and related facilities.

The Columbus City Council will consider jobs incentives of up to US$6 million over 10 years for building a corporate headquarters.

In the fourth quarter of 2016, OhioHealth Corp. appointed the design-build team Daimler Group Inc. and Moody-Nolan LLC to develop the project.

In August 2017, Hammes Co was appointed as project manager.

Construction activities are underway with completion scheduled by the second quarter of 2019.
