Ouson Group (Ouson) is planning to build a residential complex in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
The project includes the construction of a 10,194m2 residential complex comprising four buildings ranging up to 12 stories. It includes the construction of 328 apartments, recreational facilities, 11 retail units, a swimming pool, 391 parking spaces and related facilities and the installation of elevators and safety systems.
Architeria Architects has been appointed as architect.
On June 29, 2015, Ouson submitted a planning application to the Darebin City Council (DCC).
In July 2016, Ouson received planning permit from Darebin City Council.
JLF Property Group has been appointed as associated developer for the project.
Design works are underway.
