Summary
Spectrum Health Pennock (SHP), a joint venture between Pennock Health Services (PHS) and Spectrum Health (SH) are planning to undertake the construction of a new hospital complex in Michigan, the US.

The project involves construction of a 49-bed hospital and physicians office building over 13ha of land. It includes construction of a medical campus, surgical rooms, critical care rooms, outpatient clinics, laboratories, cardiac care units, oncolology units, waiting rooms, parking and related facilities.

Turner Construction Company has been appointed as construction manager and HDR Architects and Schley Architects as architect.

In April 2015, PHS announced the merger with SH.

In June 2015, SHP commenced the demolition activities of the Ferris farm property.
