Summary
RENDE Development (RENDE), a hospitality investment company, is undertaking the construction of the Rosewood Bangkok hotel project in Thailand.
The project involves the construction of a 30-story luxury hotel with 146 rooms. In October 2013, RENDE signed an agreement with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts to manage the project.
New York-based architectural firm, Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) Associates and local design firm, Tandem Architects have been appointed to provide the architectural designs for the project.
Ritta Co. Ltd has been appointed as the contractor and Italthai Trevi Co., Ltd as the foundation contractor.
Construction activities are underway and slated for completion by 2019.
