Summary
RMK Group (RMK) is undertaking the construction of a residential tower in Manama, Bahrain.

The project, named Nasmah Star, involves the construction of a 26-story residential tower with 137 residential units. It includes the construction of two, three-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom duplex apartments, a gym, a swimming pool, a steam room and sauna, a pool table, three levels of parking and related facilities and the installation of elevators and safety systems.

The units are classified in to four different apartment configurations. The two-bedroom apartment units consist of the Pluto and Galaxy with a built up area of 109m2 and 117m2 respectively. The two-bedroom 138m2 duplex is called the Venus and the three-bedroom apartment is called the Jupiter with 183m2.

Khaleeji Commercial Bank (KHCB) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with RMK Projects.

In April 2016, RMK officially launched the project and Piling works are completed.

Al Arabi Decoration and Construction Company Ltd has been awarded the construction contract.

In May 2016, construction activities commenced and are underway and are scheduled for completion in June 2018.
