Shore Road-Long Beach Superblock LLC (SRLBS), a subsidiary of iStar Financial, is planning to undertake the construction of a mixed-use facility in California, the US.

The project involves the construction of two 15-story luxury apartment towers comprising 522 residential units on 2.4ha of land.

It will include the construction of 1,021m2 retail facilities, a 6,000m2 restaurant, a sports bar, 950 parking spaces and related facilities.

In January 2014, SRLBS submitted a planning application to the city council.

In February 2014, the city zoning board approved the project.
