Seminole Tribe of Florida (ST) is constructing a Coconut Creek Hospitality and Entertainment Complex project in Florida, the US.

The project involves the construction of an entertainment complex on 18.2ha of land.

It includes the construction of a 20-story, 1,000-room hotel, an expanded casino, a 2,500-seat theater, a parking garage of 4,800-space, retail space of 4,366m2, dining space of 5,017m2, restaurants and other related works.

The entertainment complex is to be developed on the land next to its existing casino in Coconut Creek.

In February 2014, the project received approval of a governmental services agreement between Broward County and the ST.

In June 2016, project received the final environmental impact statement.

Friedmutter Group has been appointed as architect and interior designer, Osceola Group as contractor and Canam Electric LLC as electrical engineer.

In May 2017, construction of 50-seat dining venue called "The Bol" was completed.
