Summary

The project involves the construction of a 15-story, 225-room hotel on 10,000m2 of land. CIMS Project Management Consultancy has been appointed as the project manager; Imar Urban Consultants and Conin Incorporated Consultants as the consulting engineer; Intercon as the interior designers; Hashem Contracting & Trading Co Ltd as the construction contractor for the project.

Construction works commenced in the second quarter of 2016.

In June 2017, Greenline Interiors was appointed as the interior designer for the project. The scope of work includes the fit-out works for 225 rooms and partial public areas.

Construction activities are underway and are scheduled to be completed by second quarter of 2018.
