Summary
Ayuntamiento de Madrid announced plans to build Castellana High Rise Tower Development project in Spain.

The project involves the construction of a 250m tall high-rise tower. It includes the construction of a hospital with a gross floor area of 53,000m2, a hotel, a residential area, a commercial area with a gross floor area of 17,500m2, an entertainment zone, a shopping center, parking facilities for 2,000 vehicles and related infrastructure.

HISPANIA Activos Inmobiliarios was also the pre-qualified bidder for the project.

In April 2015, Grupo Villar Mar was appointed as the associate developer on the project.

Inmobiliaria Espacio has been appointed as management contractor on the project.

Grupo Villar Mar will pay US$340 million in 75 years to the government for the land.
