In July 2014, ARP acquired the project site from Fort Worth Club.

In March 2015, ARP received planning approval for the project development.

In November 2015, Balfour Beatty was appointed as construction contractor.

In September 2017, topping out ceremony was held.

Construction is underway and expected to be completed in 2018.
