are jointly undertaking the construction of the Wilhelmsburger Rathausviertel residential development with 1,000 apartments on a 30ha area in Wilhelmsburg, Hamburg, Germany.

The project involves the construction of 300 residential apartments in the first phase, 700 apartments in the second phase, townhouses, terraced and detached houses, commercial facilities, sports facilities, access roads, parking and related facilities.

IBA Hamburg GmbH was appointed as an associate developer in the fourth quarter of 2014.

De Zwarte Hond and RMP Stephan Lenzen Landschaftsarchitekten were appointed as landscape architects.
